Will MK be too busy during Mousefest?

I was just reading about Mousefest in another thread and I checked the schedule for it. I see that they will be holding events at MK the same day we had planned to do MK. Will it be packed? Has anyone been to WDW when Mousefest is held and do they get alot of people?

I doubt Mousefest will have any discernable effect unless you're at the Dolphin on Saturday afternoon.

If you are planning on MK Dec. 3, the day of Mousefest, be forewarned it will be EXTREMELY BUSY. They are taping the Christmas parade both Dec. 2 & 3 and there are expected to be alot of people on Mainstreet. Also, the extras get to stay in MK after so that will make wait-times long.

Mousefest's Magic Kingdom day, according to their schedule, is December 1. They have a lot of tours, scavenger hunts, and gatherings during MVMCP, not ride meets. On December 3 the Mousefest people will all be out at Epcot and the Dolphin for the big meet. RADP's MK meets (these do involve getting in line for rides) are December 4 and we usually get around 20-30 people together for those. The Christmas parade taping is going to cause plenty of congestion on the 2nd and 3rd, but Mousefest probably won't be part of that.
