Last year we saw the Osbourne lights and the snow at MGM. I know they are not having the lights. The Mickey Monitor never mentioned the snow. So, I was wondering, no lights - no snow
We were wondering the same thing. Last year they had a passholder party to kick off the Osbourne lights and it was nice to walk down the street with hot cocoa and have it snowing.
While it may not be snowing at the WDW parks, you may want to check out Celebration, Disney's "city". Every December it snows in the marketplace. The Celebration link is here: http://www.celebrationfl.com/index.html
