My easy tilapia recipe? Fish tacos. I take a tilapia filet and put it in a ziploc bag. Then I add some taco seasoning(the same seasoning I would use for beef tacos) into the bag and shake to coat. Then I either pan fry or grill the fish(only takes a couple of minutes). Serve just like a regular taco. Delicious.
Also, I found a brand of fish filets at Kroger that I really like. It is Sea Cuisine brand. It is in the frozen seafood section of my store. I've tried the Potato crusted cod and the Coconut crusted, tortilla crusted and parmesan crusted tilapia(my favorite). They were all very good. They have about 10 varieties available. Not all of them are crusted, some of them are just seasoned.
