Will I have to cancel?

If I need to move my free dining package by a day will I have to cancel my reservation and get a refund or will the be able to just move my payment from one to another?

You should just be able to adjust the reservation without cancelling and rebooking. You wouldn't have to make a new deposit, either. If you were going from a room only reservation to a package reservation then it would have to be cancelled and re-booked.
