We haven't travelled much and I've never been one for asking for upgrades or whatever. Really don't know how. :confused3

What do you do?
Who do you ask?
How much more do you pay?

No problem in asking! Are you a Loews First member? If not go sign up at www.loewshotels.com

When you check in mention that you are a loews first member and wanted to know if there were any room upgrades available. Maybe if its a slow time there will be and you will be upgraded to a poolview. Same room, different view. If you wanted a club level room you can ask what the $ difference would be to upgrade to club level and they will tell you.

Hard Rock Hotel is the least likely of the three onsite resorts to upgrade and mostly thats because there arent a lot of rooms to begin with and it is the most popular of the three. But, if you will be there during a slow time your chances are greater and it doesnt hurt to ask.

There is really nothing to it and remember they are asked frequently for upgrades. If there arent any available they will just say so, nothing lost. :)

There's nothing wrong with a garden view room. We bring our lab, so we're on a pet floor in a regular room. We look out the window a couple times, but then we don't care any more.
