Will FOP will be open during Magic Hours at AK?

Just wanted to make sure Flight of Passage Ride is usually open during morning magic hours at AK? I figured it would be but just double checking. This is the only fast pass I couldn't get, so planning to get there early. Thanks in advance!

I hope by "early" you mean 45 min to an hour before EMH begins. They will let people into Pandora 15-30 min before official EMH opening.
