Will DVC let me own as little as 25 points?

We are thinking of buying a condo near Disney and might sell our DVC to finance it. We have 285 points. We have contracts for 210, 25,25,25. We would like to keep 25 points (mostly for discounts, benefits and short stays). Will they let us keep only 25 points????

Yes, you will be able to do that. Though DVC cannot be purchased through Disney with that few points for an initial contract, a person could buy in via resale for that size contract.

Absolutely and I'm planning that exact approach though I'll have to buy the small contract sometime in the near future.
