Will Disney move my luggage to another resort during a split stay?

My family will be doing a split stay with another family this summer. 6 days in a 2BR at OKW and then our friends leave. Then its off to a 1BR SV at AKL. My question is this...
Will Disney transfer my luggage from OKW to AKL or will I have to take care of this myself? When I reserved, the CM said that they would but I haven't been able to confirm in writing.

Yes, the Bell staff at OKW will take care of it for you. You can let them know at checkout. Be sure to have everything you will need for a few hours with you then - since the luggage may not make it to AKV until 4pm.

There is no charge for the service, but we always tip generously on each end of the move.

They will take your luggage in the afternoon. You may go over to register at the new resort at any time and use the pool or whatever. Then just call bell services when you are in the room and they will bring your luggage up to you. Take the stuff you may need with you for the day or keep it separated so that you can get to it. The bell services at the new resort will keep it for you. You may choose to stay at the original resort until later in the day too. It's your choice! It's Disney! You do have to be in the room when they come for the luggage and when they take it to the new room. You simply use the transportation system or car to get to the new resort. We've moved with a small carryon piece and a computer case on the bus to get to the new resort.

Not to seem unsophisticated but what is the customary tip for bell services and valet parking?
What if I am coming and going several times a day?
