Will CM's tell you the code?

Tomorrow morning is supposedely the day they will release the new general public codes.My problem is by 7AM I am already working and have no internet access and will not be home until 3pm EST.My question is are the CM's allowed to give you the code if you ask and they are already released?I would like to apply the code to my existing reservation to save some money if possible.

I can't answer for your specific case, but I can tell you what happened when I called for the Disney Visa promotion. I didn't have the code, but I'd heard that it was out. I called and said just that (I heard that there was a discount code for Disney Visa cardholders...) and asked if it was true. The CM never told me the code, but he applied it to my existing reservation.

And, I have had the CM tell me "no code, no discount" just as many times so I think it just depends on who you get.

When I called about AP rates today, the CM couldn't give me the rate until I gave her the code. She by far the nicest and most helpful CM, but she didn't know the code and it wouldn't let her proceed. She had made several other AP bookings today so she knew what I was talking about and that they existed, but it hadn't asked her for the code thus far so she didn't know it.
