Will Call Window for Park Tickets?

We leave for our first ever WDW in 10 DAYS! I recently ordered our park hopper tickets over the phone so I could get the "advanced purchase" savings (even though it ended up being only a few dollars). Well, the CM on the phone told me I could not add these to my account to be picked up at my hotel because my account was a "room only". Still not sure I understand this, but anyway, she told me to pick them up at the "Will call window". Is this available at ALL the four parks, or just one in particular? What about DTD? We were thinking of making this our first stop when we fly in and I would prefer to have tickets in hand rather than try to get in a line and get them on our first morning in the park? So, WHERE are the Will call windows?

As far as I know the will call is at all of the parks. I highly suggest getting them before your first park day. It was so frustrating waiting on line watching scores of people go past you. Was so not worth the $18 I saved.

There are no "Will Call" windows per se.
They are the "Guest Relations" windows.

Find them at all 4 parks, just outside the entrance gates (including the International Gateway as well as the front gate at Epcot).
They are open well before the park gates open.

There are also 2 Guest Relations at DTD.
So you can either go to DTD or to outside any of the parks and get your tix.

Your helpful WDTC CM was wrong. Bring your confirmation number to the Lobby Concierge at your resort and they can supply your will call MYW tickets for you there. You can also pick up will calls for any hard ticket event (MNSSHP, MVMCP, etc) there as well.

We had to do the will call thing last trip, room only with AP discount. Also had TA look into it ahead aof time to see ifthey could just be added on to room cards, she was told the same thing. I have found that will call at DTD is quicker than at the parks, DH waited for ~20 minutes at EPCOT to pick up APs, then they had trouble finding them even with the confirmation number. There are usually more people working at DTD too, regardless of the hour.
