If I were at Disneyland ticket booths, could my dad call and pay for our tickets? and have them on will call for us to pick up?

I picked up tickets at the will call window and I had to show the cc I used to pay for them and my ID. Why not just have your dad give you the money and you can put it on your own cc?

that does sound like a good idea but I'll just be turning 18 two days before our trip, so I don't think I'll be approved for a credit card that soon, haha.

on that note: Is the Disney Chase card hard to qualify for? Like are they all about GREAT credit, what about someone who has NO credit?

You do not have to be 18 to open your own bank account and get a debit card, but you do have to have parents consent. could that work?

For me to open my own checking account (not a joint one w/ my parents) with WAMU I need to be 18 yrs old.

umm... you might want to browser around disneyland website. They have plan to do etickets now start November. so keep your eye out for it!

A work around for you might be for your Dad to pre-purchase tickets on the disneyland site for your tickets and have them sent to you. Or, through places like ARES travel (they might have pick-up options or hotel delivery).
OR--your dad could buy a disney gift card with his credit card and you could use it. Or, something that might be useful in the future to have (and parents/family can add value at future points in case of emergency) is a Visa or American Express gift card. They can be used like a debit card, but are simply gift cards.

I buy mine online, and to get them, I need the recipt it tells you to print,
and a photo id and the bank card used to pay for the tickets. at willcall.

That's a good idea because if it turns out that I don't need the money then it can still be used on non-disney things, which wouldn't be possible with a disney gift card.
