Just updating this thread: There are now self-service ticket kiosks at all of the onsite hotels. They are open 24 hours a day and are next to the Destination Universal counter. They were put in about 3-4 weeks ago.
Are you sure it says will call kiosk? It probably says annual pass will call because annual passes are not able to be picked up at the electronic will call kiosks anymore. You have to go to a ticket window or guest services.
Not sure why there is confusion here but, after putting in my CC (that I used for the purchase) & confirmation #, ALL of my tickets (seven-7 day/2 pk. passes & 3 AP's) came out of the kiosk machine. I went to the window and asked about further activation of our AP's & if pictures now needed to be taken or not. I was told, that was it. They don't take pictures for the AP anymore and we just needed to go to the turnstiles to enter now.
It all worked out smoothly & should work even better, now, that there are kiosks in the hotels now .
