Will call kiosk?!

Hi! We want to buy our tickets for Universal on line. We probably pick the option of Will call Kiosk because we don't want to carry our passport to US (we are not american citizens and I'm guessing that my passport will be the only valid ID if I pick the print@home option).

So my question is if besides my credit card and the confirmation number I need my passport or an ID for pick at the kiosk?

And how long are the kiosk lines? We are traveling to US the first week of june.

Hello Somnus, Welcome. The Will Call Kiosks are self-automated machines that will use your credit card or debit card used from the transaction and your confirmation number. You will not need your ID. If you do have one, it would help (if you encounter a problem with the machine, which is rare and need to go to the ticket booth to retrieve your tickets). I used the Will Call Kiosks last July and they had a few machines and the longest I waited was maybe 5 minutes, at most! Have a wonderful time at the parks and enjoy Orlando.
