Will BLT lake view rooms be in the shade?

We are really looking forward to our 6 night lake view BLT trip in September. However all the pictures I've seen seem to show that the lake view rooms are in the inner semi circle and are in the shade. I think the pictures have been taken in the winter time but I was wondering whether they would be in the shade in September. I was also wondering if we would be overlooking other rooms on the opposite side of the semi circle and therefore, will be less private.

I appreciate that I might have to wait until 4th August to find out but was wondering what other DIS board members think. Thanks!

I had the same reaction last week after seeing some aerial pics a nice diser shared with all of us, but I was thinking more about the pool being in the shade. I guess we'll all find out in a few months.

The inner circle LV villas face east and should enjoy sunrise and morning sun. The MK view villas will have sunset views. The North side will likely have shadows.

It looks like many of them will be. If you're going in Sept you may actually appreciate that! We always used to get a courtyard view on the south wing at WL which faced north and it never bothered us for a second.

We once had an east-facing lake side room at WL and sweltered on the balcony in the mornings...this was in May. I was so excited to drink my morning coffee on the balcony but it was so hot in the sun, I was forced inside. We will be staying in a lakeview studio at BLT in October. You will have to fill us in on your room number, view, etc!

We've got a lake view studio for two nights in October. Wondering the same thing! Looking forward to experiencing BLT, no matter what the case

All of the BWV BW View rooms are in the shade all day (just early AM sun). Its great for our summer stays of 95 and humid.
