Have an almost 3 year old who has never been trick or treating and baby who will be almost 10 months. Plan to spend the morning at MK then back to resorts for naps and then join in resort Halloween activities. Do most people dress young kids in DIsney themed costumes? My daughter recognizes the fab five and went through a period where she liked Frozen, but otherwise she has no favorite characters or even Disney movies. I found an adorable astronaut outfit for her and a cute Elvis costume for the baby. Otherwise I’m not seeing many Disney costumes I like.

My friend took her kids to a halloween party and because it was August one boy wore a chip t-shirt and the other a dale t-shirt and they wore chipmunk ears.

I would guess that most people who go to Disney for Halloween tend to dress the kids in Disney costumes.

We most likely will have our ds wear a Disney Halloween shirt. We go 9/18 and it’s still so hot

That's what we did when we went in August 2019. I felt like everyone was wearing costumes but all my 3 year old's costumes were too warm.

Last year we went in October and did a family costume of "The Rescuers." My kids knew the characters from the vintage record/book my husband has from when he was a kid.

My ds has a garbage truck costume he wore last year and he may end up wearing that over his shirt at the party. It just hangs at his waist with suspenders so it isn’t hot.

I'd let her pick a costume she likes - Disney or not! Or maybe just do cute Halloween shirts for your kiddos!
