Will be staying at Disney onsite without car, is there a way over to Universal from Disney?

where does Uber Drop off at studios and where do the drivers pick up at Ioa?

I haven't used Uber outside the Universal parks, but they normally pick you up wherever you tell them to (you can add your location by dropping a pin). I would assume it's near the parking/taxi stand area outside the parks? That would probably be the closest are open to public cars unless you walked to a resort.
