Will and Grace

Do any of you other Will and Grace fans out there think that Grace getting married is going to ruin the show? I was so mad at Grace last night for the way she treated Will. And although Harry Connick Jr. is cute and all, I sometimes REALLY don't like his character. Any other opinions on this?

I am sort of hoping that they find out that the marriage isn't legal and they get rid of Leo somehow!

I was thinking the same thing last night.

I really dont like the dynamics of the show now,.
someone here had the idea that they would ship off Harry's character to a third world country to help out with something and Grace would move back in.

I think that would help.
Frankly I didnt like hte way the did the whole marr9iage thing anyway just really unbeliveable to me.

I was very disappointed in last night's episode. As I stated in my post the day after Grace's "wedding episode," although I like HC, Jr., I think that NBC has KILLED THE CHEMISTRY OF THE SHOW!

He'll obviously be a "regular" now, but evidently a "semi-regular," since this was the first episode he's been on since the wedding. I guess the explanation of that is that he's a busy doctor...

I don't like the married, quiet, whiny, glowing Grace and, if I was Will, I would have told her where to go last night.

Yes. I understand that this is only a television show.

I agree... G is now whiney and boring... what use to be funny and quacky, now comes across as boring and harsh... W should have ditched her... I am afraid for one of my fave shows...

They should just get it over with and name the show "Jack and Karen" now. That's where it's heading. I felt so bad for Will last night. At the same time, though, he should have stayed with Karen and Jack in the first place.

I love this show, but don't always get a chance to see it. In fact, I haven't seen it since before Grace & Leo got married.

So what did Grace do to Will last night? Inquiring minds want to know.

Last night Grace had two tickets to the Nutcracker...her hubby was paged, so she called Will away from "celebrating" with Jack and Karen to come with her to the show. He shows up, and in the midst of her telling him that there's nobody she'd rather see Nutcracker with, in walks hubby to say someone paged him to see if they could eat his leftover Chinese food. Will bows out and goes back to Jack and Karen. This happens one or two more times, with Will trying to be cool, but getting more and more pissed. She finally decides that she's treated him badly one time too many, and chooses him over hubby. Both hubby and Will end up in the lobby, trying to get each other to go back in. Some other loser character who came with his mother walks out and says his mother got a better offer...so they sent him in to sit with Grace. (Well-deserved, at that point)

It was annoying, and only funny when Jack and Karen were in a scene. I was just talking about the show last night with a friend, and together we were wondering when they were going to have HCJ get hit by a cross-town bus, or is this the point where Will and Grace are going to "jump the shark" - I hope not!

This seems a bit unrelated to the current direction of the series, but....I think Debra Messing looks a little like Belle. She has brown hair, and in some episodes her hairstyle is reminicent of Disney's "Beauty". Do you agree?

What happened to the storyline of Will and Grace having a baby together? (I dont watch on a regular basis). I thought that was a dumb plot. Did they rid of that idea?

I also dont understand how there's supposed to be tension with Will, Grace and the guy she's marrying. If Will is gay, how can this be a love triangle? Or isnt it? I dont get it!

I think the show is past its prime and its time to go!

I haven't watched much of this show lately, I started off liking it, because I really like Debra Messing. Thought she was good in the show Prey, and wished it wasn't cancelled when it was. But I agree with the idea that "Will and Grace" should be renamed "Jack and Karen." They really carry the show. They are in all the funniest scenes. Will and Graces' relationship has just gotten sad and annoying over the past year or so.

Well, I guess I'm in the minority her because I really like Harry Connick Jr.'s character. I also think it adds a new dimension to the show. I think it was getting too weird and unrealistic with neither Will nor Grace having any other successful relationships. I also think Debra Messing and Harry Connick Jr. play well off one another. Now, I didn't see the show last night, so I can't say anything about that, but overall, I think HC Jr. is a nice addition. I think the show was getting too serious, and all that baby business was stupid.

I too love the way the show is heading and I loved last nights show~ Karen and Jack kill me~ I like the fact that Harry Jr. is on there they are writing him some great lines and he plays it so well. Did you see the end when they were all parading out the door and Harry was last and he kicked his leg up? Its the little things that make us laugh and he does a great job.

Oh NO!!! I just figured out what the writers are doing!!

HC is there for one reason and one reason only. To impregnate Grace. They'll get rid of him somehow and Will and Grace will have that baby to raise together next season. Maybe they figured it was a better storyline and more believable than her getting pregnant by Will.

Anyone think that's possible?

I missed last night. I don't know why, I usually switch right over from Survivor....
