Can you add concierge service onto a regular courtyard view room? I hate the balconies on the 7th floor.

Not usually but it doesn't hurt to ask at check in

My sister did this because she does not like the balconies either. They said it was fine. You could call ahead and ask, because you don't always get the same answer every time.
