Does anyone know the room numbers of the KING SIZE BED rooms? I do NOT want a disabled room. I am traveling with an infant and I figure that a KING SIZE bed will allow more space. Also, does anyone know a web site where I could get a cheap rate on a junior suite? Right now I have a rate of $124 for a standard view at the WL. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Thanks

Can't answer your question about the room number. However, the Lodge will provide a "crib" which is a Pack-n-Play with extra sheets. I've gone with infants, and this was perfect!

As far as a Jr Suite discount, I don't think they offer them on the Suites. They run about $450 a night. I've wanted to book one several times (especially this last time with my 2 boys), but I couldn't get any type of discount (codes, Annual pass, nothing). However, with this FTP, you should get a pretty good deal. You could always call and ask.

If having the separate bedroom area for the infant to nap is your reason for the Jr. Suite, you may just find it a lot cheaper to book 2 connecting rooms. Just make sure you tell them that you need connecting because it will be your "nap" room.

When is your trip leopardspot?? We will be at the WL next June and I would love a rate of $124!!! We paid the 2003 rate of $239+ tax (standard view) for our deposit because the 2004 rates have not been released. Boy, are my fingers ever crossed for some type of discount!!!

Leopardspot - I do not know room numbers for King bedrooms, but do want to give you some advice. I would fax in a request stating that you would like a King with a tub. From ours and some friends experience there does not seem to be a whole lot of Kings with tubs at the WL. When we arrived with our toddler to the WL we had also requested a King, but the only ones they had available were with the roll-in showers. That type of room will certainly not due with a toddler in tow. So we took a room with two queens, which was alright, but I would have preferred the extra room a King bed gives you in the room. This same scenerio has happened to two different sets of friends also traveling to the WL.

Good luck!

We had room 4037 last year with a king bed and it was not a disabled room. The room is located on the 4th floor with open balcony overlooking the swimming pool and lake - courtyard room. It is a short walk round to the lift which comes out by Roaring Forks.
Hope this helps and you will love WL its theme is so good.

I would like a King Room, too. I actually don't care about the tub. Two adults....quick showers.

Are there any other differences in the handicap rooms that would make it uncomfortable?

Also.....would I be taking it away from a person who needs it? Do they monitor that? I would hate to be there, not needing the special tub, but hogging the room and making someone else's trip miserable.
