Is the resort 100% complete with its renovation?

Interior, yes.

Exterior, not yet.

Do you know what part of the exterior they're still working on and how invasive it is to the property or what parts of the property are still not accessible to the public? We're planning to stay there in November '15 and was surprised nothing was listed on the websitet as they usually have a red ! mark to indicate renovations.

As far as I know there is no area not accessible to guests. They are doing some work to the exterior of the building. Check out the WL FAQ Thread for updates as to where the scaffolding currently is. If you're going in November, I am 99% sure the exterior work will be completed.

They usually only have the red mark when an amenity is closed because construction.
