We have PS for Whispering Canyon Cafe and then want to go to MVMCP that night is there still boat transportation to the MK?

yes there is, every 15 - 20 min

Yep. We took the boat to the Christmas party last year after dinner at the WCC. It was quick and easy.

One thing to keep in mind... The boats do not always run for special parties and such. In the case that the boats aren't running, you would have to take the Monorail to the TTC, and then catch a bus to the WL.
