Yay!!! Great pics KSD. I guess they finished the construction at the VWL lobby. It was completely covered up when I was there.

Subscribing, we are going to be staying at the Wilderness Lodge Villas for the first time in August...I've always wanted to stay there so I am super excited! I love all these pictures! (ok, I've only gotten through the first 5 pages but they're making me want to be there now!).

I've got a few to contribute myself. We ate at WCC on our trip in December so we got to visit.

Just found this thread while looking for info about an upcoming trip, our first stay at the Villas at WL. Wow, WOW, WOW!!! The photos are absolutely amazing!!! Thank you all so MUCH for sharing them. A couple questions...

I realize any fireworks visible from WL would just be whatever could be seen above the treetops. There's a photo taken from a hallway window near room 5015 (post #1266). But does anyone have a photo of any fireworks, taken outdoors, maybe from an open public balcony or from the beach, marina, pools or other common areas at WL?

The sunrise pics and foggy lake photos are truly exceptional! Are there any public area from which to watch a pretty sunset at this resort? Anyone have a pretty picture of a sunset here?

Lastly, are there any hammocks at WL? Photo, please? TIA!!!

As you can see these photos were taken from the driveway into the WL. The better view would be from going inside and going up one floor. There is a balcony right behind the driveport. If you know the time of the fireworks, be up there and you can view them from the right side of the balcony.

where are the rooms for club level if you want inner courtyard? How about bear face? I am thinking that cy views are better than CL courtyard. What is your take? Thanks for the hel;p. Going in August.

or WL 1 br Villa, but haven't seen any pictures from inside the rooms.

OK, I've searched for an hour and can't seem to find any - does anyone have photos of the Deluxe rooms (Jr. Suite, or whatever they are called now)? I need to see if I want to fork out the extra $$$$. Thanks!

There are pictures on Allears.net of the junior suite. The standard room photos are from 2007 before the renovation, but the Junior Suite are newer photos.

There are quite a few. We just stayed in a studio, but I didn't take any room pictures before the kids messed it up.
