And welcome out of lurking. Did you enjoy the WL. From the viewpoint of some of your pics, you were pretty high up or did you do like I do and walk all over shooting pics? Great pics of the parade also.

Great pics brookelizabeth! And thanks DisneyNutz for all the wonderful villas pictures! What a great view to have when you walk out of your room. We'll be at WDW in 6 days!!!! Unfortunately we aren't staying at the lodge like we did last Dec. but I plan on stopping by to see all the decorations. Hopefully I'll get some pics and will post some when we get back.

Talk about being in the right place at the right time. I was walking around the lodge shooting some shots and noticed the fireworks going off at the MK, so I quickly set up to try to capture a couple from my location.

I LOVED THE WL! It was fantastic. Every moment, every detail.

Our room was on the 3rd floor but I went exploring one night and climbed the stairs until I hit the Conceriege gate. The parade, like Spectro, can be pretty difficult to capture! I love your fireworks shots over the lodge, beautiful.

I'm going down for a conference next week. Will be staying at the Yacht Club. I can't wait to see all the resorts done up for Christmas and WL is at the top of my list of resorts to see!

If you happen to find yourselves at the lodge one evening and know the fireworks times for the MK, look at my photos containing the fireworks and you will notice a balcony with lighted garland on the first floor behind the roof of the carport. If you go inside and find your way up to that balcony across from the entrance to Whispering Canyon, there are numerous chairs and tables where you can sit and enjoy the fireworks from there and no one else seems to go out there.

Thanks for the tip!!!!!! I will try that out on Christmas night!!! We plan on not going to any parks on Dec 25th so that will work out perfect!! Keep the photos coming-they are beautiful!!!!!!!
