OMG, thank you for this picture. It's now my desktop background! Only 11 months to go till I see it live :faint:

glad to help, it was my back ground for a while too!

What's :confused3: about? no more replies?

That was suppose to go with a question and I didn't realize it didn't post right? Oops. :rotfl:

Sorry about that.

My question is to be the flag family do you have to have kids? I thought it would be a neat thing to do but our kids have four legs and fur so they obviously won't be going with us. :rotfl:

:lmao: too funny. I don't think you have to have kids to be flag family.

We were in 5167 which looked right over the lake and beach. It was beautiful! And quiet.

I have had more trouble typing with this new laptop. Keyboard is a bit different then our old one and I keep hitting some key that is messing stuff up. :rotfl:

Thanks. :) I thought it would be neat to do.

Do you guys think I should just request inner courtyard high floor and be done with it? Not worry about the location???

I have been from Inner courtyard off lobby to inner courtyard northwing high floor. I read somewhere that WL isn't great with requests anyway. Maybe I better pick my two important items and hope for the best???

Thanks for all your help! :)

I just booked our vacation for this year and took your advice: I asked for an inner courtyard room on an upper floor near the lobby. The agent I spoke to said they would do everything they could to honor my request. She also said it's not unusual for guests to request specific rooms that they like from previous visits -- and the Lodge usually honors those requests, too.

Can't wait to go to Disney World!
:woohoo:

Did you have a dormer balcony on level 6?

We had a dormer balcony on 6th floor on our last stay at WL. We had the regular balcony on a lower floor the other time. I was disappointed at little by the dormer, because I had to stand to see anything. The open balcony I could sit & enjoy the view.

I want to be on a higher floor.

1) Sometimes.
2) Go too high and your balcony has a solid wall, not a railing.
. . . you can't sit on balcony and see over the wall
. . . you can't sit on the bed or on a room chair and see over the wall
. . . small kids have to stand on chairs to see over the wall
