Wilderness Lodge Concierge

We will be back at the Wilderness Lodge next July woohoo and will be experiencing their concierge level for the first time. I do have a few questions for the people who have stayed concierge at the WL though...

1) How was the lounge? Was it warm and inviting like the rest of the resort?

2) How were the cast members who work in the concierge area? Were they as friendly as the ones at the front desk?

3) Were there meals, appetizers, and beverages in the lounge? If so, could you eat breakfast there?

4) Is the lounge open 24 hours in case you want to get a soda in the middle of the night or something?

We stayed on the concierge level in Sept 06 (sort of DH is a smoker so we stayed on the 6th floor with 7th floor access).

The lounge is very nice with plenty of seating along the railings overlooking the lobby. I only seen a cast member in the lounge a couple of times checking on things but they were right around the corner at the desk by the elevator if you needed something. The lounge is not open 24/7 but I am not sure of the exact hours but it is even closed for a couple of breif times throughout the day. We did eat breakfast there, all of the offerings are cold (cereal, fruit, pastries, etc) but were very adequete for us. We never ate any "meals" there because we were there during free dining we had plenty of food. I did ask for beer for my DH a couple of times as beer is only out earlier in the evening....the cast member got them for me and would give me 2-3 but said she gave me the extra because we were on the sixth floor, otherwise you were only supposed to get 1 at a time. all in all I had no complaints...would do it again when budget allows.

Thanks for the reply! We'll be staying in a junior suite next time we are at the WL so that is why I am asking.
