I'll say good night and will catch up with all of you tomarrow,

Kathy

Well shopping was a total bust! I'm just going to wear the dress that is a wee bit too large for me. Do we stay seated all evening? :confused3
We traveled half way across FL to find something for me to wear. I'm like a tweenager - I'm between styles and sizes. I don't want to give in and dress my age (I'm not a quiter :goodvibes ) but I don't want to act like some of those ladies I saw at the mall today either! There were a lot of women in denial. Am I the only one who suffers from shopping-for-self-anxiety?

Lynn - I'm not teaching anymore. It wasn't a very easy transition for Cullen. Laura is in the stranger danger stage so she didn't handle it too well either. It was very stressful for everyone involved. We'll try it again when Cullen is a bit older.
Cullen is still under the weather. He still has a low grade fever and not eating much. Laura still has her cold and sounds raspy when she breathes. She still continues to her happy little self. She is such a happy little thing.
Thanks for asking. Loved your picture of Drew. He's so cute. I bet his grandma loves him ;)

Jeff - what great pictures. Emily reminds me of our dd when she was in dance classes! In fact, we have a picture of her with the same smile as your Emily! We have been through all the little girl stuff...ballet, tap, clogging, gymnastics, violin lessons, piano lessons. I miss those days. Enjoy them they go so fast. Before you know it you'll be singing "Butterfly Kisses"

Hi Kathy! :wave2:

Well, going to go make supper or go out to dinner. Not too sure what I want tonight. Oh yes I do...a dress that fits! So, that gives me two options to choose from. Eat more so the wee bit bigger fits, or have a piece of celery so the hips are no more!
Good evening all.
Pat

Pat,
Actually you have the perfect dress. Eat all you want on the cruise and save that dress for the last few nights when it will fit perfectly. :cloud9:

Better that than the other way around, if it were a perfect fit you would worry about eating too much and not being able to fit in it by the end of the cruise. :sad2:
You've got it made!!! :thumbsup2

night all,
Kathy

Evening all: Ok I need help and I know that this has been posted before, however, please tell me how to print off the Navigators please. Also anything about the menus? Can thoes be printed also? Sorry I'm a cruise virgin.
Denise, Bill knows where to find it. I'll have him post the link.

Kelly,

My son's name is Patrick, he'll be 8 in February so they are very close in age. I'm going to try to get him into the Lab, although he's scheduled to be in the Club. What is your son "in to"? Patrick likes Pokeman, Yugioh and Dancing.

We shouldn't need valium ON the cruise, gang! IT's getting READY for the cruise that frays the nerves. And will I EVER get the last thing bought?

Now, i'm off to print address labels, tip envelopes, and uh, assemble a scrapbook.

OH - CRuise scrapbooks - Ive done books - after all three cruises i've been on - each one in two weeks or less. It's one of the easiest things you'll ever scrap. Here's the plan.

1. Cruise is a finite event with a known order of play (the itinerary)
2. I picked a colorscheme and bought enough cardstock, coordinating paper and embellishments for the whole book at once.
3. Don't have a die cut, so I print my title letters using word art in powerpoint, and hand cut them. I used the same font throughout, and print on the right side of the paper, then cut outside the line. Presto, the letters are preoutlined.
4. Irregardless of what cruise or size album, a cruise will pretty much have the same pages in some order or other.
a. title page
b. at port
c. welcome aboard
d. Our cabin
e. destination spreads - about the ports, excursions, etc.
f. shows and games

Linda, you ROCK, now if I could have enough discipline to implement your fantastic outline. Ah well....here's to hoping relaxation brings about creativity!

I was hoping someone would ask that question! I know the site was posted early on but I didn't copy it down.
Thanks for asking! :thumbsup2

Linda - I'm totally impressed! I have a scrapbook that must be, let me see, at least 5 or 6 years old and it has two pages completed in it. :guilty: I love your outline and I'm feeling motivated. It's the creative portion of scrapbooking that intimidates me.
 Pat

Oh, PattyGirl, I'm not creative! :rotfl: I scrapbook like an engineer, and put the rest in photoalbums or in photoshows on my computer. I'll bring one of my books - you'll see!

It's been a long day. Kathy, I'm going to bed now and hopefully there will be no middle of the night posting!!!!

Sleep well.

Dream Boat Wally  , I think, at least from this end, that we won't be able to get Bill up on stage with you. However, I will be there in the front row when you sing! How 'bout giving us a little Abba?! :teeth:
He BETTER get up on stage with us! You are the one that started this, so your man better be willing to participate! Come on Bill, don't leave us without a Goose!

I notice on the cruise ship schedule that we are scheduled to dock at Anchorage in St. Thomas. Does anyone know where that is in relationship to Havensight? Is it close?
On this same cruise last year, we docked at Crown Bay, and we did not like that at all. We are hoping that Anchorage will be better than Crown Bay was.
Michelle, anchorage is not a town. It means that the Magic will be anchored in the bay, and not at one of the docks. We will have to tender in to the island. I am pretty confident that we will be tendering into Charlotte Amalie, which is the main shopping are in St. Thomas.

Uh....Maverick? As I recall, Goose dies pretty early in that movie. Besides, I sing like old people kiss...slow and sloppy. I'll make you a deal...if you can find me on Kareoke night.....nahhhhh....even if you do, I DONT sing! (oh yeah...and my dancings pretty horrible too so thats limited to the minimum that Woo will let me get away with...
