Good Morning Nana Heads!!!

With all of us female DISers stressing about the cruise with dreams, working on our to-do lists, etc., we need to treat ourselves to a girls' night/day out on the ship. We can meet at Signals, Promenade Lounge or the coffee shop (also has liquor, I mean beverages). If no one is interested, I'll be treating myself at one of the above-mentioned liquor stations with my favorite drink - BC!

Heading to Cleveland soon.

well another day is started, so we are that much closer to the cruise!!

A warm 77 here today, I did put in an order for for the first day of the cruise, hopefully mother nature will be listening.

Linda, do you have a tiara for your bear for dinner time and the meet? I think it would be cute if she wore one too!!

Well going to do some housework. By the time I am done I expect to see several posts here!!
I believe we need close to 300 more posts the next few days. As some of you leave a few days before the cruise, you wont be posting anymore, so we need to keep up the posts or we will never make it by the 25th.

Good Morning All ,
Well today I am feeling alot better !! Get this it is suppose to be 70 degress today!! I packed all my short sleeves and capris for the cruise!! Today I have to dust and clean DS's room and my room. I am going to feed DS his cereal. Thank you for your kind words for my Grandma!! My mom is going to the hospital today.

This Weekend: We are finishing my Christmas shopping at Toys R US. We need to get DS so toys. All I got him so far is the TMX Elmo. I also want to get the Elmo wrapping paper they have since he loves Elmo. I think I am going to have more fun opening his presents then him on Christmas !!! My in-law's are coming to babysit DS while we shop!!!

Shell - I want to be in one of your dreams! At least I'd know I was going on the same cruise as the rest of you all

I've been glued to the paper and tv with all the election results. Boy Connecticut! Way to go. I love when an independent gets the gold! I also vote person not party. I try to make the right choice for US, the people. Sometimes I get caught up on the looks though. Some of these guys are real "eye candy" Then I come down to earth and vote issues!
Lynn- be sure to save the papers for Drew. They will come in handy in his high school years! First female house speaker...ummmmmmmmm? No comment. The trial has begun, and then the jury is out.

The kids are off from school today and tomorrow for the NJ Teacher's Convention. Those of you that live in Florida know this as "Jersey Week". Basically 3/4 of the state of NJ are at Disney this week!
We are taking the kids away for a couple of nights to our Marriott vacation club. In the off season here in NJ we can get a 2 Bdrm/2 bath villa for $85!!! You can't beat that. The place is only an hour away but it gives us some downtime as a family without outside interference...work, phones, family..etc.

Last night, I wrote the Christmas letter (please don't cringe - it's the only way to keep up with 40 years of friends around the world) and printed the address stickers. Already have the Disney stamps. Everything will go in a folder so when I get the cards on ship, I can just slap them together.

Tonya, thanks for the image, they do print nicely. Saturday when I go to mailboxes, I'll get several sheets printed - I wonder how many families we're up to now. . .

Drat! I definitely WASN't going in the mall again, but that's a good Idea, Kathy. Dimples needs a tiara.

While I'm bustling about with to do lists and errands, my husband is playing with his new ipod, and watching tv. Is it that way in your house too? Do guys thing these things get taken care of by MAGIC?

I think the bank tellers and store clerks hate to see me coming!!! I feel sorry for the people beside me when I have a long line to wait in. Somehow I can manage to work in the cruise into the conversation.

I'm currently in Anaheim right now, speaking at a convention. Do I have time to go to Disneyland? Um, no, and I'm feeling an odd pull to the Mouse. I cannot WAIT to go on the cruise, I even made my poor audience listen to my cruise plans.

Quick question...anyone with kids from ages 6 - 10? I have an almost 8 year old and he would love to get to know your kids.

Obsessed? US? Just because I tried to use my Castaway Club Card for my ID when voting last Tuesday, you think I'm obsessed? (They didn't take it ... insisted on my driver's license).

Cheri, I didn't see Mercury. Course we were cloud covered all day, so there's was no chance regardless.

Wendy, I'm going with Mario now that Joey's gone. But you gotta love Joey's whole personality and attitude. Besides, now he has a gig on the DWTS tour.

Linda, you DEFINATELY have to get another tiara!!! Poor Dimples will feel so left out! And as far as who's doing the work ... hey, from the things I've heard on here, the fact that I can get Mutt to pack his own bag sounds pretty impressive!!!

I got my tiara the other day and was wearing it around the house and almost got into the shower with it on. Im taking this obsession a little toooo far.
