Wii games for newbies?

DS is getting a wii this year..He is 6 but is very smart and not into kiddie games.. But don't get me wrong he loves to have fun...He is playing chess on my iphone right now..Looking for some ideas to get him for games...Thanks for any ideas..He loves Disney, music, games, and sports.

you can never go wrong with mario. My youngest son loves mario baseball, madden football and things like that. He is my sports nut. Sonic is another good one.

We got our Wii for Christmas last year and have probably bought a dozen games intended for the kids (DD6 and DD9) and family. We have played Mario Party as much as the rest of the games combined. If you can regularly get 2 or 3 players together, I think it's the best Wii game out there.
