Due to a medical condition I wear a full wig. I know there are certain rides that I need to avoid due to "blowing off". My son really wants to ride Big Thunder Mtn Railroad however. Do you think this ride is doable with a hat maybe. How likely is to to fly off? Holding a hat on would look better than holding my hair on though! I know this is DW and I shouldn't care what others think and my son is more important but....
Anyway, I guess I could go with my DS suggestion (6 yr) : take off the wig and sit on it. Any other suggestions out there? Has anyone ridden the larger rides with a wig before?

I would worry about that ride and I have to laugh at the picture of you sitting on your wig!
How about some kind of a scarf that you can tie over your wig on the rides where things are likely to get bumpy or windy?
Maybe someone who has been there, done that, will have some better ideas.

I'm with Sue - use a scarf, go on the ride, have a ball.
