Will there be Wi-Fi in walmart so I can order a return uber?.. From UK and have no data

Yes, they have it free in the stores.

If you are worried about wifi there is the option in the Uber ap to schedule a ride in advance. So you could schedule it when you have wifi access. You could estimate how long you might be in Walmart and have the ride ready for you. I will say I haven't tried it, just saw it in the app.

you can also just place an order for curbside pickup and then just have it all put in the uber.
