I LOVE that show, but know what you mean, it can steal your whole night

to make it even worse, it airs twice in the afternoons on WE....

This show cracks me up. I didn't realize how many truly disfunctional families we had in this country, or how many of them are so willing to be splashed across national television, but I find them reassuring that I am not as crazy as I feel sometimes. Compared to them I'm quite sane!

Okay, tonight was the first night I sat through a whole episode of Rock of Love Bus and I have a question:

Natasha looks and sounds exactly like an MTV Made coach named Alicia Marie, who was on the Made Triathlete episode. I found both of their My Space pages and they seem to be representing different people and Alicia Marie has her own website, but I would pretty much swear they are the same person. I mean, that voice is SO recognizable and they look so similar. Has anyone seen both ROL Bus and that Made episode?

You have it all wrong....It's Rock of Love Chlamydia Bus! The STD Express!

Total skankiness - yet I don't turn it off right away either! Now Tool Academy - can't even look at it. I'll admit I'm totally addicted to Celebrity Rehab. Totally. I catch myself watching Confessions of a Teen Idol sometimes too.

What I hate about Wife Swap is that some people are just so opposed to seeing another person's lifestyle, and respecting it. Sometimes it can be a learning experience to look outside the box! (Ok, I wouldn't brew deer urine in my basement or whatever that episode was...)

i love this show!

my kids attended school with one of the previous season families but the kids were older than mine so they did'nt know them. our babysitter's dd did however and she shared that the fall out from their participation would have been much more exciting to watch. the parents contended that they had been purposely edited to appearing in an unflattering/unsympathetic manner while their own kids contended (and everyone that knew the family) that it was a spot on representation of how everyone perceived them. despite the 'oh no major changes in our household' comments in the follow up segment at the end of the show there were MAJOR changes that came down that while the parents were not happy about were much needed for the well being and happiness of the teens/young adults in the family.

Wow, it's great that it had such a positive impact for the sake of the kids. I've always hoped that good changes would really, permanently happen for some of those kids and their families. Thanks for that post.
