I'm kind of "amused" by the premise of the OP's thread title. "Why you think disney afraid to make any announcement about cars/starwars land".
I'm thinking they aren't "afraid" at all. They recognize that if they announce something big now that there will be some people who will delay a visit to WDW until its ready.
I also wouldn't expect them to announce anything concrete (like details of the new land or opening dates) until they have figured it out for themselves. I'm guessing there is a tug-of-war for construction funds between any future carsland/starwarsland/avatarland/whatever. Disney does not have unlimited financial resources and needs to prioritize any new land. That prioritizing would need to consider several factors; how badly a new land is needed for attendance purposes, how easily it can be constructed, how much money it will take to build, how far they are on ride engineering, and even what the thing is going to look like. Considerations like that. So perhaps there really isn't anything to announce right now.
