O.k., yes I cheated!!! I ate some doritos on the car ride home from Disney, but just a few......handfuls. So this morning I wake up and am excited to fit into a pair of shorts that haven't fit right since I had DS almost 2 years ago. I was bragging that they were a little lose. So I eat the doritos in the car and we get home and the shorts were so tight it hurt. I was so bloated! Boy was I kicking myself for eating them. This was the only bad thing I ate all day, so why would doritos make me bloated? Any thoughts? I know I'm feeling pretty crappy since eating those bad carbs! I learned my lesson.
