Why won't coupons.com print for me??

I am unable to print bricks or coupons.com to print. What I am doing wrong? I get a message about having "keep printed documents" and to uncheck it, but when I go to properties it is greyed out.

Not sure how to fix....googled it....even more confused now!

Are you using IE or Firefox to try and print? I found that I couldn't get firefox to print it, at least for me. So I went to IE and it printed just fine.

Is your printer a networked printer (meaning the computer is not hooked directly to it)? If so, you have to go to the computer it is set up directly to and change the settings there.
