I'm not sure if I'd agree that England is always unpatriotic. Remember last year during Euro 2004 when almost EVERY car had those flags attached to the windows and the police threatened to ban them? Also loads of houses had England flags up in the windows and England shirts were being worn in the thousands in the city centres. I think football can bring out pride in our nation which is a great thing except when the minority ruin it through violence and hooliganism.
I've also noticed the football jerseys and wondered about them--they look hot. Honestly, I don't need a football jersey to "spot the Brit".
I've played that game while standing in line; DH gets annoyed when I try and get close enough to hear an accent. I'm very peeved when I'm wrong. It's getting harder. It used to be so easy, you know, socks with sandals. Don't see that too much anymore.

that and there always seems to be a West Ham/ Millwall/ Charlton Athletic fan in every ride queue waiting to take the
out of me!
