Why no vacuums in studios at Aulani ?

So a few days ago, I checked in to my studio at Aulani. Hotel is amazing, and the most beautiful Disney resort I have stayed at so far. But one thing I noticed is that the DVC studios here are missing vacuums to clean the carpet. Even OKW and SSR have them in there studios. I am surprised that Disney dropped the ball on this issue as this is the one resort that has an actual beach that people use, and most of us like to keep the sand getting inside the room.

Ditto, we didn't have a vacuum in our studio at Aulani either

No, but I am pretty sure you can ask for one. Personally I do not understand the need for a vacuum in each villa. But instead have them available on request. The same for pack 'n plays and high chairs. They all take up so much space in the closets.

When I called and asked about them, they said that they were all out. While the pack and play and vacuum do take up a little room in the closet, it is just nice that they there for those that need them. Aulani is one resort that does need them as after playing in the sand all day, there is some that just follows you to the room..lol.Besides it's the small extras like that what DVC feel like home to me.
