Why isn't my popup blocker working???

My pop-up blocker is on, it's through Google, I can see the count of pop-ups blocked on my screen. In the past 2 days I've only had 2 pop-ups blocked. This is driving me crazy, everytime I do anything, I get a long string of pop-ups that eventually locks my computer up. I run Spybot about everyother day. I'm getting ready to do that again. What else can I do???

I have Yahoo's pop up blocker installed. It might be due to your windows Messenger setting. Click on this link and it should tell you what to do....

Most likely some spyware that Spybot can't kill. Try downloading CWShredder from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html and run it. After doing that, UPDATE spybot, run it again, download/update Ad Aware and run that.
