Why is this happening?

I have noticed on many occasions, (not just this board, but others as well) that sometimes when somebody posts a reply to someone, it actually gets posted on the board ABOVE (thus, before) the original post?

Has anybody else seen this, or is this a browser problem that I am having?

I think it was just a glitch that is now over. Definitely something with the boards though and not just your browser.
