Why is there *always* availability at Boardwalk?

We book at Beach Club and any time I check, Boardwalk has full availability.

I wish that would happen for us - more than once we tried booking BWV studios, & couldn't get consecutive nights. Yet, BCV had full availability (we own at both resorts) - thankfully, we were able to change our dates & get our preferred resort.
