Why is my Ticker not working?

Hi,

Thank you to those of you that helped me find a ticker but its just lots of letters at the bottom of my post.
Any ideas on what I've done wrong or how to remeady it?

The code is fine as you can see here, but whilst the DIS allows HTML code in the main body of a text it doesn't appear to for signatures. You'll have to use the BB code (the second option).
