Why is my Ding! a day behind?

I have ding downloaded and have even been able to book a fare using ding, but I can't seem to get it to update lately. I've reinstalled in a couple of times, but it gives me yesterdays message. Sometimes my upstairs computer will update but my downstairs computer will not (or vise versa). What am I doing wrong? Today both computers are still showing yesterdays messages.

I've only had DING installed a few weeks but it has worked great...until now! I will see the "envelope" over the tail but when I click on it, the message is from yesterday. Has happened a couple of times today. Were there new DING fares today? The ones i see expired 8/5 (yesterday) at 7 PM CST. Normally i get at least 2 DINGs a day.

Mine also shows 8/5 at 7:00 PM...at first I thought it was my problem, now I think it's SW's problem.

I didn't receive any new dings today, I think maybe because they have some weekend fares rather than dings. the weekend fares are only for travel in august. I also suspect (or rather am hoping!!!) that there will be another system-wide sale starting this tuesday
