...actually, I have no idea. Dieting is hard for me. I was skinny most of my life. I think, there were "skinny" jokes made up in my honor.

The F's really got me. Fibromyalgia, Forties, Fabulous Food and being Female. I maintained my weight ....until these hit me.

Fibro...painful to move, Forties..metabolism gone...Fabulous Food....well we all know this one... and Female....the M word:scared1: .

I'm trying to be sensible. No calories in drinks...no white foods...small plates...no skipping meals.... Any words of encouragement or wisdom?

In keeping with the "Fs"...I want to lose Fifteen lbs ...setting goals in Five lb. increments.

A big challenge for me (who fits in all your same categories) is to get up and MOVE. Exercise is really key as evidenced in The Biggest Loser. You've made a first step. It's one step at a time. I need to take them too.
 
You have a great plan and I just know it will work for you.

Whatever you can do to make your goals achievable will keep you going. You have a good attitude and you will see results!
