Why don't we make this trip report about 2012 & 2013.

I haven't had a chance to breathe lately. It is hard to believe that dance hasn't even started yet with how busy I have been LOL.

Though I did have a meeting for the performance team on Wednesday. Looks like C is getting a new solo and she may also be doing a duo. There are lots of new members so it will be interesting to see the dynamic and chemistry between the girls.

J is now being picked up at 6:45am and I am not super happy about it but I will say this bus has been on time every single day so I am not sure I want to rock the boat. Yesterday he was actually home at 4pm so it was only an hour after school on the bus.

I am not really pleased that the teacher doesn't know when speech is starting. J really needs his speech therapy over any other therapy this is the most important. I am hoping it starts Wednesday as there is no school Monday or Tuesday.

Here are a couple things I finished this week.

and this one I love. Pirate Set. I am so sad that this fabric is so hard to find and sold out in a lot of places.

I have a huge list of items to complete this weekend and have a birthday party this afternoon for my niece.

I hope that J is able to start his speech therapy soon. It's such a bummer that he has to be on the bus for so long... You would think they could remedy that somehow?

Love the shirt and the outfit. I agree - that fabric is one of my favorites, and I only have a few slivers of it left... It's such a classic pirate print and I wish I would have purchased more of it.

Oh have fun. We have a lot going on this year too. I thought I would have until January for intense rehearsal schedule but it is starting in a couple weeks since our first competition is in January.

We actually start dance class this afternoon. She has ballet tap and jazz today.

we have every Saturday, but 3 with something going on between now and Christmas C will be a tired girl with 3 classes! Megan takes tap on Mon, perf team and ballet on Wed, happy they are spread out a bit....most of our perf team events are during the summer at different festivals and fairs...do have a xmas parade and fest in Dec so they are already working on the dance!

Poor C is trying to adjust to middle school and dance and mma and we went to a party yesterday and she is exhausted today so we are missing MMA today.

C has dance 3 days per week she also takes modern and an extra ballet class, but she loves it so I let her.

I know, nice we have the schedule for the whole year so I can plan any trips!

I actually think the adjustment to school and the increased amount of work may be part of the tiredness.

She is having much more homework than she is used to but she is loving it so that is good.

Hi from Vancouver. We have free wifi in our room so I,m just trying it out. J is probably more iPad proficient than I am. We,re waiting for the shuttle to the pier. Alaska here we come.

Ps. Last night we FaceTimed with our CA son and got to see his room. He shares a house right on the beach in Santa Barbara. Beats sub life!

C loved the first day of dance but her ballet class is huge. Hoping Thursday's class isn't quite as big

I finished 2 sets over the weekend and started on a princess set. for a real little which is fun.

Here are the sets I finished over the weekend

Spiderman girls pants set. This was fun for me

and a Jake and the Neverland Pirates set. I loved this one.

I am waiting for my photopass Cd but am going to try and post some pictures of my trip soon.

I hope C gets settled into school soon. Her schedule sounds ful but I think she will be good in a few weeks after adjusting to the routine and, probably, early mornings. Bummer that J hasn't had speech yet and he has to be on the bus for so long.

Prayers for school to be CALM, Activities to be fun and NOT crowded, J to have the speech he needs, and accolades for those amazing outfits! Keep up the walking I am SO proud of you. Believe it or not, I used to walk 90 minutes a day...I miss it, I wish I could find the time to do it now. LOVED the pic of Miss C on the cruise.

I made a bit of a dent in my list today. I have a princess set to finish tomorrow. It is all cut I just need to sew it. I am going to try and do that tomorrow morning early.

I cut out 3 skirts yesterday and I have 2 skirts almost done. I was going to stay up tonight but I may set the alarm and get up super early and work while J sleeps. I am beginning to loose my steam today.

You have been busy with orders and then you also had the upload on CC.

I actually had to tell myself "NO" on the few recent big gives. And I am stressing over trying to finish my launch outfit plus get my stuff done.

On top of it I am holding up our conversion at work. We are switching to a new system and they are waiting for me to upload the General Ledger numbers, but the problem is I have to come up with new ones and make them fit into the 1000 plus GL numbers we have now

But I did finish 3 shirts today and only have 5 left

I am thinking of taking a few days off from sewing for others in a couple of weeks and making some fun things that are sticking in my brain.

I didn't get half of what I wanted over the weekend done but I am hoping to finish one order tonight. I have 3 orders in various stages LOL.

I love doing sibling sets but by the time I am done with them I really am tired by the appliques.
