LOL!
I see separate threads for a lot of the other Resorts just wondering why there isn't one for the All Stars.
I absolutely love the All Star Resorts and after my first stay at Music in '99 I won't stay anywhere else but an All Star! Would much rather spend the extra money on souvenirs! We stayed in the Calypso building and we loved it! We stayed at Movies Easter 2001 and it was the best time we have ever had at Disney World.
My favorite thing about the Movies is that even when you have to leave the parks you don't feel like you're leaving the magic behind. When you exit Cinema Hall and look at all those beautifully themed buildings you realize you are surrounded by magic 24/7 even at your hotel. I will never forget the look on my 7-year-old niece's face when she saw Andy's Room in the Toy Story section! Toy Story was the first movie she ever saw in a theater and it's been her favorite ever since. We went to Disney in 96, they had the Toy Story parade at MGM, and she was mesmerized. It was soo funny because she wasn't talking yet, but on the way back to the hotel (Contemporary) that day she kept patting her head and laughing... because two of the monkeys from the Barrel of Monkeys had patted her on the head! Too cute! So, last year when we surprised her by staying in the Toy Story section, it was priceless! It's one of those things you'll never forget.
Anyone else have favorite memories or favorite things about the All Stars?
