Why don't people RSVP?

I am amazed at how many kids bring them to school to hand out. Our school policy does not allow this. It keeps children who may not be invited from feeling left out. Also prevents the "never got it from my child" experience.

Our schools policy is you either invite the whole class or you aren't able to hand the invitations out at school.
