Why don't Disney discount the top rooms?

Anyone know why you can't get the Pin code discount at any suites or 3 br grand villas?

My guess is because they don't need to in order to rent those rooms/suites.

They can easily book the suites.
In fact, alot of suites book far in advance. I know.

The previous posters are correct, I'm sure. There are plenty of very wealthy people who don't care about the price, and can just say, "book whatever's best", without a thought to any discount.

Probably the same reason they don't accept the dining plan at Victoria & Alberts.
