why does the disney website NEVER work properly?

it always takes forever to log in, usually doesn't show any of my dining reservations, half the time the dining search engine doesn't work. what gives?? you'd think that having so many things on their website and linked to your account would mean that they would have this all figured out. it's been like this for over a year, as i remember being frustrated making my ADRs for my december 2011 trip

i've tried on safari and google chrome, neither works well. sometimes, one will show me one thing or log me in and the other won't. i don't understand

I find I have alot of trouble when I use internet explorer, since I switched to firefox it has been better

Maybe they are redirecting the resources needed to fix the website over to figuring out how to fix the Yeti.
