Why does everyone hate sci fi?

That was my problem. The only reason why we're trying Cape May for dinner this time for our DHS day is the fact that the movie clips got on my nerves after a while.

My DS makes us eat slow so he can see some of the clips twice!!

I want my kids to be able to sit in the cars. If they try to give us a regular table, I will wait for a car. I would think since it is Disney they would be happy to accomodate. I will ask that they put the highchair on the end of the table like pp suggested. I still need to call and add the highchair to my reservation.

You might end up getting one of the tables that looks like a car but seats people like a normal table. The spacing between the cars and the size of the table top in the standard car isn't really big enough to accommodate a highchair. The car table has the diners facing each other, could easily accommodate a pooh sized person (this was mentioned above) and a high chair. The tabletop on the standard car is maybe 12-15 inches deep.

Something no one seems to have brought up: Pooh sized people don't fit in the "cars".

I think it depends on your "preportions." DH is 6'2 1/2" & weighs 280. he fits fine

What I wouldn't give for their reuben, fries and a vanilla coke right now.
I'd call it decent bar-type food. Not that I've eaten in too many bars that is.

We eat there every trip. Is the food stellar? Nope, it's incredibly average. However, there's something about the atmosphere that we find very enjoyable.

the food isn't that bad...it's isn't the 'best' food ever, but it is decent...my teenager LOVES it! we have eaten there several times...the milkshakes are very good. the atmosphere is great! just a neat dining experience! good luck if you are thinking of going there!

My two cents: Food isn't that great. But it's a nice ambiance. Fun to do at least once.

Just don't go thinking you'll be going for the food.

No, the food wasn't stellar when we went either, but it was passable, and I personally found the spot more comfortable and fun than 50's Prime Time, which generally gets better reviews. (Although a lot of that is I like dark and cozy much more than bright and exposed.)

It's worth going at least once, though admittedly it's not worth a whole TS credit and the clips loop is way too short.
