Why does every CM have a different answer

I called a month ago to see if I could link my ressies at christmas 6 nights WL 3 in a studio then 3 in a 1 BR, then BLT x 4 nights. I was told I would be able to book my dining using first ressie and it would let me book my 90 +10 even though I had 3 res. #'s. and if there was a problem call back. Well I booked online yesterday and it worked but I had to call for Fantasmic, BBB and Pirate & Pals FW cruise. And was told I could only book using my 1st res# and was told the only reason i was able to book my online dining was because of a glitch in the system. What's the deal? Anyway I got all the ressies i wanted but just an FYI for those of you with future multi ressies. The online dining worked online at 3 am i was also told the day before i could book fantasmic online but that was not true had to call at 7am. Exhausted yesterday but we went to Disney on ice and it ended with Christmas Celebrations and really got us excited for our trip.

have no ideal they could link different resort. You basically changed your reservation number to the first one when you asked for this link.

there was time when if you were staying at different resort they could not link them.

There are several definitions of "link" when it comes to DVC reservations. This type of link likely only shows a continuing reservation for Dining ADRs, I doubt it is a "true link" in the sense that one reservation havig the DDP means all reservatins have the DDP, or that any DDP is valid for the entire trip. Nor would it mean that you don't have to check-in individually for each room reservation.
