Wow it sounds like you needed that afternoon to rest and catch up on some R&R. Good for you for doing it!!
Sorry to hear about your grandmother. I will keep her in my thoughts:grouphug:

Another great start to Epcot. Love the pic where you added the sunglasses. You are good:thumbsup2
Thank you for your well wishes. This Epcot day *spoiler* is a good one for us!

Okay...I'm caught up!!!

First...I'm very sorry about your grandmother and my prayers are with you.

Second...I love your photos. You have made me realize that we must must must break out the cashola for the photo pass!
Thanks Jen! Yes, you po' folk must pay for PhotoPass! I think it truly is worth the money. Especially if you and Meeska go in on it. Totally worth it then!

I forgot all about the power outage at POR until you mentioned it. That was the morning of nothing good to eat at the food court.
That's funny...nothing good to eat at Riverside Mill? We never made it over there in the morning unless it was for a refill for our sodas. I don't put that in the TR anymore. I guess the power outtage was more than isolated.

DM, I haven't been online for quite some time but really enjoyed being able to read a number of updates in a row now!! Loved the photopass pictures! I am glad you got some after a bit of a bumpy start into this.

I am sorry about your grandmother's situation. I wish her all the best and hopefully you will manage to see her early next year as well as in 2009 for the family vacation!!
Welcome back...sort of. I knew you must have been very busy with your move and settling in. Thank you for your well wishes!! They mean a lot coming from everyone.

DM your replies are just hilarious and the way you come up with all the new usernames it must take you ages :rotfl2:
I didn't really do it today, except yours...but they aren't too hard a lot of the times because you all give me hints in your replies! If it took me ages I wouldn't be doing them....no time for that!

No! Not good for her! She missed meeting ME!!!! :lmao:
Yes I missed you but if we went there and met up with you we probably would have not been able to do any attractions as you would have talked my ear off! :rotfl:

Thanks for the response about the photopass cd tips--
Great addition with Brooke's sunglasses!:cool1:
Thanks so much!

Hey, I'm back...

Sorry about your grandmother. My grandpa had colon cancer several years ago and was able to continue to golf and so forth (he has an ostomy) after the treatment. I hope your grandma does as well.

I didn't multi-quote, but I have enjoyed the updates. :) You may proceed more quickly since I have returned... :rotfl2:

5. :laundy: time. Read TRs whilst folding
6. Lunch time--you can eat 1 handed while DISing.
7. Afternoon DIS session/ quick errands if absolutely necessary (ie out of dog food, chocolate, or toilet paper!)
8. Get kids home and homework/snack/afterschool stuff
9. After kids in bed--catch up from previous missed time!

There! We'll work in cleaning something tomorrow--you don't want to stress yourself!

OMG - I do all of the highlighted ones now. And if Rob even knew that, he would ban me from the computer....like I'd let him do that...:upsidedow

The Seas

Hopes:
1. More PhotoPass pictures taken...:cool2:
2. Good lunch at Coral Reef
3. My feet feel better with the blisters
4. Good & fun dinner at Garden Grill
5. A meeting with the Dream Team

Wants:
1. Ride Soarin’
2. Explore World Showcase
3. Get the kid’s pictures on a poster

This time we skip Nemo and Friends. We want to get to the other stuff. We go in and stand there. What do you want to do? I dunno. What do you want to do? I dunno. Just kidding. We saw this when we walked in and Rob is just fascinated with scuba diving. He is a certified scuba diver. I’ve asked him multiple times if he wanted to do the Dive Quest here at The Seas but he doesn’t want to spend the money. His loss.

We thought about watching Crush, again, but we decided against it. We wanted to check out all the cool fishies and stuff. I loved this section with Bruce.
P1000909.jpg

I told Alec that I couldn’t see his head squished in there but he said he liked it that way. So, that’s the way I took the picture.

How many of you have this picture?
P1000910.jpg

I think it’s so cute. I love walking through The Seas. The kids really enjoyed looking at everything too. I kinda like the way this picture came out...
P1000911.jpg

And here was another one of my picture mistakes with the flash on. So, you can’t even tell that they are standing right beside the huge tank. Oh well...
P1000912.jpg

After we viewed just about every viewing tank, it was getting close to our lunch time at Coral Reef. We had an 11:30 am ADR. It was just about 11:10 am and we headed on over to check in.
seastocoral.jpg

And after a short wait we were seated in a booth on the first level near the tanks. I was hoping for one of those booths so I was especially pleased. Now it was time for family pictures. I took this of Rob, Brookie, Evan and Alec. I thought it came out fine...well, except for Alec!
P1000914.jpg

...and then it was Rob’s turn to take a picture of me with the kids. Isn’t this the worst picture of me? I should not have even posted it but the kids looking so silly, I just had to...At least Alec looks the best in this one.
P1000915.jpg

It was time for our meal and that will be in the next update! Oh yes, another very very very quickie I know. But it's all about grouping things right here. I have to save the next update for the food porn!!!

Next update...June 28...Epcot...Coral Reef ~ The Appetizers

Get to work, but keep up to date with my TR! :thumbsup2

due to the GLORIOUS DAY, I was able to sit on my deck, overlooking the pool, with the dog at my feet and the deer in the background.... and FINISH MY PRESENTATION! YAY ME!!! :woohoo:

NOW, I can keep up with your TR. (Did you see me pimping your report on Scott's thread?! :cheer2: Am I a friend, or WHAT?! :cool1: )

OK, I'm really, really, really late... but I'm finally here! :flower3: It might take me awhile to catch up, but I wanted you to know that I'm trying! :goodvibes

Take care,
Michelle

The scuba diver thing looks cool. I never saw that when we were there.

:rotfl2: The goofy family pictures at Coral Reef are hilarious!

Great pictures! It seems like you had a really good time there. After just two visits I find it so difficult to slow down a bit in the parks and just enjoy the atmosphere, but whenever I get out of my "have to do all these attractions" habit, I realize how much fun you can have without being on a ride all the time!

The scuba diver looked cool. Ok I will wait for review and see if I need to change my adr to go to Coral reef. I already took your advice on Raglan Road.

The pic of Alec at the table was hysterical.

I like your quickie update!:thumbsup2 Mine are about to get that way with two football teams, softball and baseball being in full swing.:scared1: Oh yeah and school...

Anyway I love all the pics but especially the ones that aren't perfect(flashed tank, etc). They are all full of memories.

Looking forward to hearing what you thought of Coral Reef-I ate there too.

Well, it was just a threat...I may have to sick TE on you.....
He He He!! Has she changed her avatar yet?? We're gonna start deducting points!:lmao:
OMG - I do all of the highlighted ones now. And if Rob even knew that, he would ban me from the computer....like I'd let him do that...:upsidedow [/QUOTE]
Told you we had a lot in common! :thumbsup2

(and see--it worked folks--she realized her priorities and got out an update today! :thumbsup2 )

DM, TE's plan is great come on you can't abandon us all, we'd miss you, who else can take the mickey out of us like you do ;) :rotfl2:
:thumbsup2

Oh TE, that sounds very similiar to my "to do" list!! I probably have a few mintues MORE than you, since I have "KID", not "KIDS"! :goodvibes

No--teenagers take more time I have learned! Someone said it gets easier when they drive but it sounds like more worry time to me.

thanks for the update. I know you are soooo busy right now.

P1000908.jpg
DM you should really make him do it. My brother is certified and he did the DiveQuest in August and he loved it! So worth the money! :thumbsup2

Oh puhleeze! You don't look bad, well except for your eyes, but you can always photoshop yourself a new head, no? Well, not new, but a pic of you with your eyes completely open, KWIM? Ok, I'll shut up now. :bitelip:
